\noindent $\mathfrak{k}$ is {\color{red} always} an
algebraically closed field and $\mathfrak{k}^n$ is equipped with the
Zariski-topology.
Fields which are not assumed to be algebraically closed have been renamed
(usually to $\mathfrak{l}$).
